Mums Returning To Work

March 24, 2017, In: Confidence, Mums, Women

At Style Confidante, we know what it’s like to be a working Mum – it’s a juggling act! Our goal is to make life easier for you.

Drawing from personal experience, we empower other working mums to manage the transition in and out of paternity leave without losing control of your wardrobe choices and professional brand and image.

We take the stress out of returning to work and help you to make great wardrobe choices that cater to your changing body shape, shifting priorities and possible financial challenges.

Our Mums Returning to Work services are perfectly suited to the woman planning to put her career on hold for motherhood, the woman that is returning to work post-baby, the working mum juggling a growing family, or a mumpreneur establishing her business.

We spend productive one-on-one time with you to understand your challenges, who you are and where you want to go. We then work on your Wardrobe ROI to maximise and organise what you already have, remove the clutter and teach you tips and tricks to take your current wardrobe further.

This is followed by a personal shopping trip where clothing has been carefully researched prior to your shopping trip. We will show you how to make smart shopping decisions for your body shape (which may have changed), individual style, business environment  and budget.

Throughout this experience, we will share practical tips on how to regain your competitive edge and elevate your confidence, presence and influence.

To discuss our Mums Returning to Work services or to book your first 1:1 session, contact us today.

People often ask me how I keep up my energy, motivation and drive. Three things that work for me:
1. I love exercise, especially to run. I
Just over one month ago, I travelled with Jenny Hoysted to Boston to become the first in Australia to be accredited in the Bates ExPI Assessment tool. This was by far the most rewarding and exciting experience I’ve had. This research based tool will enable more women to develop Executive Presence by understanding their perceived strengths, blind spots and behaviors so they can elevate their presence and influence.
Thanks to the team at Bates for welcoming us as Certified Partners to your Community of Practice. Your exceptional knowledge, commitment and passion for helping leaders get to the next level of their career is truly inspiring and we look forward to a long-term partnership.
