Believe in your strengths and your purpose

The problem for many women is that self-doubt is the barrier to their success. If you are holding yourself back due to a lack of confidence, it’s time to shift gears and focus on the positive. Boost your self-worth by brainstorming your many strengths and credentials. Empower yourself further by getting clear on why you want to develop your visibility and influence. What are your career goals? What kind of impact do you want to make?

Develop your Executive Presence

People with Executive Presence get noticed. When they enter a room, people gravitate towards them. Taking steps to increase your self-confidence will help you develop Executive Presence. For example, refine your body language to reflect power and grace, make a point of greeting people and starting conversations, and dress in a way that reflects your credibility.

Build a great network

You’ve used the first two tips to elevate your confidence, now it’s time to put yourself out there and make meaningful connections. Don’t limit yourself to networking online, make the extra effort to connect in-person with like-minded contacts. Surround yourself with positive people who can help you articulate your message.
